There are lots of apps and websites to help you market your business when you’re busy. Use them to do the hard work for you when your business is buzzing and wedding season is in full flow
Additionally, it helps a lot to have processes in place for your regular marketing tasks. This is something I personally shied away from for such a long time. But if you find yourself writing the same emails all of the time and answering the same questions even something as simple as saving frequent replies into your Instagram DM's will save you time going forward.
Other examples of workflows are using a scheduling tool for your Social Media. We recommend Later but there are others available that will save you time going forward.
This helps you to be present on social media when you are doing other things in your business and to plan and schedule social media posts in advance. You can also automate things like your email newsletter. Set up a workflow inside your email marketing provider that automatically welcomes new subscribers and include links to your website, portfolio and social media accounts.
Create Valuable Content
Creating valuable content is a great way to prove your expertise and help your customers and will work for your business a long time after creating and even posting the content.
The only way to ensure that this is working for your business and you don't get yourself stuck in a cycle of panic posting is to set aside time to create relevant content. Use the quieter times in your business to write as many blog posts as you can and save them to post regularly throughout the year, your website provider may even have options to schedule these in advance for you.
Blogging is a great way to tell search engines that you are serious about your business. Posting regular content to your website gives Google new content to scan and gives your website a lovely little SEO boost, meaning those blog posts can be working for your business long after you post them. Popular content will help with your SEO and get shared on social media too, attracting new leads and business without you having to do anything new. Hire a Professional
