We have a simple be kind or be quiet policy.They will be identified as the originator of posts and should act responsibly. Any posts that do not support our values of our business will be removed. No explanation needs to be given. Due to the nature of social media we cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of content posted. Posts and content including video shared in this group, opinions of support staff or advice given at any events do not necessarily represent the views of  our company. We accept no responsibility or liability for any such loss incurred by the use of such content or such advice and it is your responsibility in attending the event to check the accuracy of such advice before implementing this in your own business. Posting of unsuitable content or inappropriate behaviour at any of our events could lead to a ban from the group, refusal to future events without refund. Membership of our groups is acceptance of these terms.

Event Policies including Covid19 Update

The safety and wellbeing of our attendees is of the upmost priority to us. Ticket Entry will be required prior to all events. From time to time events may need to be cancelled and rearranged for reasons outside of our control. The rescheduled event may happen online due to the nature of cancellation. In this instance your ticket will transfer to the event and we will send a link to the online meeting. . For events that have been rescheduled tickets will be transferred. 

We shall use all reasonable endeavours to provide the event as described, but we reserve the right to cancel or change the event for any reason including but limited to ill-health, under subscription or an emergency subscription. In such circumstances where the event is postponed it shall be rescheduled and your purchase and access to the event will be transferred to the next available workshop date. Full refunds shall be provided for any workshops which are cancelled.​

If an in person event has been postponed or rescheduled – you do not have to do anything. We will contact you regarding the new date as soon as it is announced. All events are considered valid unless there has been an official announcement stating the event has been cancelled. If an event is cancelled. you have the option to receive a  voucher, valued at 100% of your original purchase price, so you can enjoy an event of your choosing in the future. We understand that although this may not be your preferred choice, we are giving you the option to choose a voucher for any of our events.  If the event is not cancelled you are able to transfer your ticket to another person or business owner who may wish to attend. If In the instance of a pandemic and  to the unprecedented nature of some issues outside of our control and the sheer scale of cancelled and postponed events worldwide, it could take several months to process your refund. As soon as your refund is processed, you will receive an email letting you know. It may then take a few more days from our notification for your bank to deposit the funds. We thank you for your continued patience. ​NB - Our privacy policy and terms and conditions were last updated in January 2022.

 

Please be advised that the nature of the event is such that there will be a number of other event attendees. You are requested to respect the confidentiality of other attendees.The Wedding Business Hub will not be held responsible for the actions of any attendees and therefore you should avoid sharing any private or financial information which you do not wish to be released into the public domain. Workshops, Masterclasses and Offline and Online Events may be recorded and it may be appropriate for photography to be taken of the workshop, event or masterclass either by The Wedding Business Hub or other event attendees. Images will be used across social media and in future marketing. Please advise us in advance if you do not wish to be a part of these images. 

 

We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Our liability for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these terms is limited to the purchase price of  the workshop/ event/ masterclass and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking these terms. Losses are foreseeable if they are an obvious consequence of a breach or they were contemplated by you and us at the time the purchase was made.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability:

.1For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

.2Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987

For breach of the terms implied by sections 12 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;

For fraud or fraudulent representation; orf or any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

We retain all copyright in any documents and materials which are provided to you either in advance of, during, or after the event. As an event participant you will have the right to use any materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. Should you wish to use the document for additional purposes a licence fee can be agreed.No person other than the person provided with a copy of these terms when purchasing a ticket for the workshop or event shall be deemed to have the benefit of the services, or have any rights to enforce or rely on any of the terms.

 

More Details

By purchasing a ticket from us you are agreeing to the following: you grant permission the the use of images and sound on audio or video be used by us without payment or other consideration. Images may be edited or copied, exhibited, published or distributed. Additionally you waive the right to compensation or royalties for use of inspection of the final product before use. The images may be used with an unrestricted geographical area.

Photographic, or video recordings may be used in promotional materials, Facebook and other social media channels, pinterest, twitter, Instagram and others. Email newsletters and other promotional resources. Your name and business name will not be included in these images unless you have given permission for them to do so. You will be consulted about the use of images used in a way that has not been mentioned above. There is no time limit not amount limit on the validity for release nor use and no geographical limit on where the promotional materials may be used. This release applies to photographic, audio and video recordings at our networking meetings. Your business name and details are not kept or distributed by us other than for the purposes mentioned above. Images from time to time may be used as part of promotional material for speakers. We will not pass on your details to any speakers for our events or third party photographers/videographers or exhibitors. When you attend an event where a professional photographer or videographer is in attendance for the purposes of promoting the event you will be given the details of those companies to contact for the data they hold. It is within your right to request that photographs of you are removed from our past or future marketing. You are able to request this via our website listing your reasons for doing so. It is your right to be able to receive the data we hold about you in a timely manner in the circumstances laid out in our privacy policy.

Complaints

Our aim is provide high quality services that meet your needs. We believe we achieve this most of the time: if we are not getting this right please let us know. In order to ensure our services remain at a high and improving standard we have a procedure through which you can let us know of for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings within our business. If you are not happy with a service or product you have received from us, please inform us so that we can try and resolve your complaint. All written complaints can be sent to info@theweddingbusinesshub.com and will be logged. You will receive a written acknowledgement that we have received your complaint within a timely manner. Often we will be able to give you a response straight away, when the matter is more complicated we will aim give you at least acknowledgement of your initial response within one month. If you are not happy with our response or wish to raise the matter more formally you are of course within your rights to do so. In order to fully look into your complaint it may take several weeks for us to resolve your complaint.

Terms of Coaching and Other Services

These terms of use for our site and our Privacy statement can be found on this site of the website. Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Making a booking or purchase constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We are based in the Uk and our Terms of Purchase are governed by UK legislations. You should refer to the terms and conditions as they set out important information. We always aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about your purchase we would be happy to assist. 

  1. Your Booking: Once you submit your booking onto our online system a place will be requested from our online booking system. Your place for the event will be reserved once you receive an automated email confirming your booking request. Your place at the workshop is not confirmed until your payment of the entire fee and you receive an email from us confirming that your place is booked.If we cannot accept your booking you will be notified by email. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information you provide to us at the booking stage is complete and up-to-date. Further information about the workshop or coaching will be sent to you via email if additional information is required or to confirm the event details. If you do not receive an email confirming your booking it is your responsibility to contact us to seek further information and you can email us at info@theweddingbusinesshub.com

  2. All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and The Wedding Business Hub . If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing us and arranging an new appointment with at least 3 working days in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit and no refund will be issued.  In the instance you repetitively miss planned coaching sessions you'll be billed for the sessions as if they went ahead and we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you. You are responsible for rescheduling missed appointments by contacting us via our email:info@theweddingbusinesshub.com with as much notice as possible. For  freelance work, One to one services and all other freelanced services provided by The Wedding Business Hub you have the right to request to cancel and receive a refund 24 hours after the purchase. 

  3. For subscription products and digital products once you have signed and downloaded products you'll not be entitled to a refund for any accessed periods in line with UK digital online selling regulations. Subscription memberships can be cancelled inside of your membership area at any point and will stop future payments being taken.

 

Responsibility

Services are provided to you with reasonable care and skill. We will take all steps to avoid you suffering any liability which is limited to the amount of any fees paid in all circumstances.

 

We do not and cannot guarantee any specific results in respect of the coaching, training or management services delivered. Please be aware that The Wedding Business Hub and it's courses ad coaching are not affiliated, endorsed by or connected to Instagram, Facebook or any other third party in any way. Any reference to the functionality of any social media platform will be current at the time of purchase but from time-to-time social media providers will make alterations to their platforms which is outside of our control.

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions. This includes advice and action taken on coaching or at events.

Agreement Section
By entering into a Coaching Agreement either through signing a Coaching Agreement with The Wedding Business Hub or paying any amount to The Wedding Business Hub you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.

These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim,or dispute arising out of the terms or any matter connected to it.

Our support staff could use some of our information in your order to be able to process your order effectively. Payment card details are not stored in their original form and our staff and third parties do not have access to them. If needed at the point of purchase (you will be notified) our payment provider stores an aggregate of the card information provided in order for us to process repeat payments to services such as subscription services.

Right to Erasure

We have processes in place to ensure that we respond to a request for erasure without undue delay and within one month of receipt.

We are aware of the circumstances when we can extend the time limit to respond to a request.

We understand that there is a particular emphasis on the right to erasure if the request relates to data collected from children.
